The view from the Bakery!
The Nicker Bait Bakery is perched on the top of a hill that overlooks a canyon full of horse stables. Dressage, Hunter/Jumper, Reining, Performance Horse, Western Pleasure, Team Penning and Sorting.You name the riding preference- it's going on in the canyon.
Our chief tester is Orange Crush.
The Tilden Park Shetland ponies graze right down the hill when they are "off duty" from their pony ride responsibilities. On the other side of the hill right down the street is the old Wells Fargo Stage Coach trail. We are in the San Francisco Bay area but sometimes you'd never know it.

We are nestled in the midst of 25 mature fruit trees. Due to the many fruit options Seasonal Cookies will be added to the menu including cherry, apple, fig (yes horses LOVE figs) and pear.
All Horse Treats are tested and re-tested on the horses that range from the ravenous to the particular. We want your horse to be very very (almost to the point of obnoxiously) thrilled with our treats.

A former Sales Representative for a global leader in the Sporting Goods Industry, Melinda decided to apply her extensive sales and marketing background to her passion for Horses. From her fresh approach to cookies and mash, to her just- plain- fun creation of special occasion cakes and truffles, there are now many creative options when it comes to celebrating your favorite equine friend.
